Are there any left I need a couple motors
Your tools definitely made the job easier. I don't have the tools you have, so I might just end up selling mine as is...Great video brother
If you don't have a machine to dismantle them you are way better off selling them whole. Thanks for watching.
@@AlwaysBored123 agreed 🤝
Great video man! I just subscribed. I run the same stump grinder
Thanks!

Considering copper was was paying four bucks a pound for number two you did good.
Great video very informative!
Thanks!
Great comparison!
Excellent video! Didn’t miss a minute 👌🏾
Thank you!
Bro he found the cracksman
Lmao
I have a 1835b case runs good
Another informative video, enjoy watching what you’re working on. I see a couple of Bobcat machines in the background, the S250 and 334……any videos on those?
Not yet but there will be. The 334 runs and operates but needs a bunch of repairs. The S250 needs a new engine I was told.
It seems like both machines could do with finer control on dropping the cutter and advancing the machine. It looks too easy to go too far really fast.
It is very easy to take too big of a bite with these little grinders.
Man Brother i wish i lived Near By to get an Aluminum Inlet for My 1978 HONDA G400 that is what Holding me Back
Very interesting conclusions! Lots of considerations.
So a Baretto with a bigger engine? Are you gonna keep both?
Actually Barreto makes a 37-SG which is the same machine with a bigger engine and hydraulic system but for some reason they are way more expensive and much less common than the 30SG. I'll probably sell the Bandit but I want to use it a little more before I decide.
Thank you for sharing,, 👍🌟👍
Guys ground out a sycamore stump at my place. They had 4 pieces of plywood. Two pairs joined with hinges. They made a barricade so rocks wouldn't fly out and break stuff. Effective.
I definitely need to make some of those I was slinging stuff everywhere.
Looks like the Bandit guys built their machine without checking out the competition.
Yeah I've heard good things about Bandit but it seems like they kinda dropped the ball here.
A Bobcat would come in handy.
Interesting, thanks.
You must have been good at legos back in the day, brother
Haha I definitely had fun with them.
You're a fuckin wizard, dude
Ten points to Ravenclaw.
This was made on the day of my birthday
Different belt companies measure their belts differently. Some denote inside radius while others denote outside radius. Two different brand belts with the same designation can be either slightly longer or shorter depending on the belt manufacturers method of measurement. There’s not one standard across all manufacturers. Impressed by your abilities for a young buck. Line boring on your mill was very clever indeed. Keep up the good work.
I think these were both measured the same but I'm not positive. It's working for now I'll try a factory belt next time. Thanks for the comment.
Awesome I’m building a racing mower and it’s awesome to see P.s what is in that spray bottle magic starter fluid pls tell me 😂❤❤❤❤
Nice work. I thought you would need a donor crankcase and block.
Thankfully not that would have been much more work.
Wow, it sounds great.
It's probably better to wear long sleeves when working with strong acids.
That acid isn't very strong. You can spill it on bare skin and not feel anything for a few minutes so there's plenty of time to wash it off.
Nice job with that repair bub. Most guys wouldn't even attempt to fix that block. I'm impressed 👍. Really enjoy your videos. Keep them coming!
Thanks a lot man.
Why didn’t you use assembly lube on the bearings when you installed them?
I did. That's what all the white stuff on the crankshaft was.
Great job man. My Dad had a bridge port milling machine, it’s amazing how much stuff you can fix with one.
They're nice to have for sure.
Amazing work as always
It was Clever💡
Very good job welding the hole in the block! I definitely don’t trust my welding skills enough to do that 😂
Thanks. Aluminum can be a real pain to weld but that actually went better than I expected.
A great video(s), thanks. Everything can be fixed in your world, impressive.
Thanks I try lol.
Just found your channel and subscribed. Very nice work
Thanks!
Which one do you like the best? The bandit or the other one?
I think I like the Barreto more but I need to use them both a little more before I can say for sure.
One of my favorite channels!🙂
So we seen that the rod had fused to the crank. That’s the effect, what caused the failure? How many hours on the engine at the time of failure?
I can't say for certain but I'm pretty sure this machine was rolled over based on the high center of gravity and all the broken parts on top of the engine. As far as I can tell it doesn't have a low oil shutoff so I think it was rolled and starved for oil before it could be shut down. It's showing 738 hours on the meter.
7:18 ahh yes the classic snap ring goes flying never to be seen again.
Lol it never fails.
Great video. Please keep them coming
Thanks, will do!
Impressive. ❤❤❤
Thank you!
Great job bringing that machine back to life, most folks would have considered it to be totaled between the engine and the damaged shaft bore. You going to keep both stump grinders?
Thanks. I definitely intend to sell one of them but I'm not sure which one I like better yet.
Wow. Top job!
Thats a lot of effort and time into that machine at this stage ! Very impressive.
Winner,, 👍🌟👍
You have the patience of Job and the wisdom of Solomon.
No pun intended, but blown away by your mechanical skills!
Thanks a lot!
Woah amazingly done
Thanks!
Do you but the motors off the scrapyard and then sell the scrap back to the same yard or do you sorce them some other way.
I have not bought any from the scrapyard I doubt that would be very profitable. I just get them here and there from random people who have them saved up usually.
